摘要
从CRM的概念入手,给出了CRM系统的逻辑结构并论述了各组成部分,进而提出了CRM的典型实现方法。
To begin with the conception on CRM, the logical structure of the CRM system is given, with every individual component discussed. Subsequently, the typical way for the realization of CRM is suggested.
