摘要
以牛脂肪、氢氧化钠、氯化钙为原料制成脂肪酸钙,对脂肪酸钙的加工工艺进行了研究。经过反复筛选试验,建立了脂肪酸钙的加工工艺及制作过程。脂肪酸钙终产品的主要参数为:脂肪酸钙的总能为31.64MJ/kg、干物质含量98.06%,脂肪含量89.09%,钙含量10.91%。
This paper studied processing fatty acids calcium. Fa tty acids calcium was made of fat of cattle,sodium hydroxide and calcium chlori de. By experimentation again and again,processing fatty acids calcium was estab lished. The primary parameter of production:GE 31.64 MJ/kg?DM 98.06%?Fat 89.0 9%?Ca 10.91%.
