摘要
本文通过数学模型方法分析了涡流室参数对柴油机燃烧过程的影响,在此基础上设计了一种新型涡流室镶块结构。将该镶块在L195型柴油机上进行试验表明,柴油机的燃油消耗率、烟度、p_(max)及(dp/dφ)_(max)均有所降低。
In this paper the influence of swirl chamber parameters on the diesel combustion process is analysed by mathematical model. Based on analysis, a new hot plug for swirl chamber is designed. The testing results of the new plug in Ll95 diesel engine show that the SFC, smoke. pmaxand(dp/dφ)max of the diesel engine are lowered.
