摘要
在时空信息系统及时空信息可视化的研究中,最基本最迫切的是时空数据结构和时空数据模型的研究。本文在对时空语义及其模型化的探讨基础上,结合面向对象的原理,结合我国房地产估价的现状和特点,设计并实现了一种基于时空维的面向对象的房地产估价信息系统。
In the study of the spatio - temporal information system and its visualization,it is more principal and im- pending to study spatio - temporal structures and spatio - temporal models, this paper, on the basis of the discussion spa- tio - temporal semantics and model, according to the Object - oriented approach, combined with the current situations and characteristics of appraisal of real estate, designed and realized the object - oriented information system of appraisal of real estate based on spatio -temporal dimensions.
