摘要
目的 探讨非体外循环即心脏不停跳状态下行冠状动脉搭桥手术的手术配合。方法 选择2 0 0 1年 12月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月我院在非体外循环即心脏不停跳下行多支冠状动脉搭桥术共 2 7例 ,术中控制血压、心率的变化 ,保证有效循环血量 ,充分利用CTS局部心肌固定器及冠状动脉塞子 ,使吻合口局部心肌处于相对静止和冠状动脉处于无血状态。结果 本组病例无 1例死亡 ,术后 9d～16d均痊愈出院。结论 护士熟悉手术步骤 ,娴熟的配合技术 。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of operative assistance in off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Method From Dec 2001 to Jun 2002, 27 patients received off pump CABG in our hospital, We controlled blood pressure and heart rate to provide enough cardiac output, CTS and coronary artery shunt were used to make local myocardium static with no blood in operative visual field. The operation then could go on smoothly. Results There was no operative or hospital mortality and severe morbidity. All patients were discharged from the hospital in 9 16 days after opertion. Conclusion If the nurses know the procedure of operation and dose cooperate well in operative assistance, the operation can go along well.
