摘要
目的 总结 46例非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的临床运用。方法 46例病人术前冠状动脉造影显示单支病变 4例 ,双支病变 1 1例 ,三支病变 3 1例。手术在常温全麻下进行 ,采用前胸正中切口显露心脏。 7例搭桥1～ 2根 ,3 9例搭桥 3～ 6根 ,平均每例搭桥 3 .5根。结果 46例全部治愈出院。ICU平均治疗时间 2 0 .6小时 ,术后平均住院 1 3 .3天。术后随访 ,心绞痛明显缓解 ,心功能得到改善。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of 46 cases of off pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) operations.Methods We have performed off pump CABG on 46 patients,including 31 patients with triple vessel disease,11 double vessel disease and 4 single vessel disease.All patients were operated upon a beating heart without CPB(cardiopulmonary bypass) through routine midthoracotomy.The average number of bypass grafts were 3.5,7 cases with 1～2 grafts,and 39 with 3～6 grafts.Results All patients left hospital safely,the average time of ICU stay was 20.6 hours,the average length of stay was 13.3 days.Postoperative follow up showed,angina of all patients were released markedly and the heart function were improved.Conclusions Off pump CABG is safe and effective.
