摘要
目的 :探讨伴学习困难注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)儿童 α波竞争图特点及其神经生理机制。方法 :应用脑电超慢涨落分析技术 ,对 90例不伴学习困难 ADHD儿童和 45例伴学习困难 ADHD儿童的α波进行分析处理 ,比较两组的检测结果。结果 :1 .伴学习困难组 8Hz优势几率明显高于不伴学习困难组 ,差异有显著性 (t=- 2 .1 9,P=0 .0 30 ) ;2 .伴学习困难组 1 0 Hz优势几率明显低于不伴学习困难组 ,差异有显著性(t=2 .1 6,P=0 .0 32 ) ;3.伴学习困难组主频为 9Hz,α波能量分布曲线左移、低平 ,而不伴学习困难组主频为 1 0 Hz,次频为 9Hz;4.伴学习困难组各脑区熵值均高于不伴学习困难组 ,尤其在 O2、T6导联 ,两组差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :伴学习困难 ADHD儿童α波竞争图特点是 :α波慢化、认知参量 1 0 Hz明显减少、主频左移、脑有序度低。这些特点可能为
Objective: ADHD children have higher risk for l ea rning disability (LD), the object of this study was to compare the alpha competi tive structure of ADHD with LD and that of ADHD without LD Methods:The study involved 90 ADHD children without LD(the no-LD group), 45 ADHD chi ldren with LD( the LD group), all subjects were analyzed with EEG-encephaloflutu ographic technology (EEG-ET) Results:(1) The LD group showed significantly more 8Hz activity than that of the no-LD group(t=-2 19,P=0 030 );(2) The LD group showed significantly less 10Hz activity than that of the no- LD group(t=2 16, P=0 032) (3) In the LD group, the main frequency of alpha band was 9Hz and the energy distribution among alpha components was diffuse, th e main frequency of alpha band was10Hz in the no-LD group (4) The entropy val ue of the LD group showed higher than that of the no-LD group, especially at O2 、T6 (P<0 05) Conclusion:Compring with the no -LD group,the LD group shows more immature alpha pattern, and the cognitive func tion was also severe impaired The higher entropy value of the LD group indi cate that the LD group ADHD have poorer brain self-organizition ability than the no-LD group
