摘要
中美关系是中国外交的重中之重 ,此点已成为中国上下的共识。但近年来美国对华逐步形成的负面看法在很大程度上促成了两国关系中不断出现的曲折反复。作为国际政治学中一种新的流派 ,学习进化理论为从另一角度探讨美国对华认知过程中可能存在的各种影响因素提供了一种新的分析工具。本文试图通过对学习的内在属性和特征的探讨来阐明其在观念形成和政策制定中的重要意义。
It is generally recognized that the Sino-U.S.relationship plays a key role in China's foreign policy making.However,in recent years the negative American images of China have been obstructing Sino-U.S.relations.As a new school in international politics, learning theory provides a new tool to study the various factors that affect America's cognition of China.This article attempts to explore the impact of learning on America's conceptual formation and policy making by analyzing its nature and characteristics.
