摘要 目的:探求糖尿病认知功能障碍的相关因素。方法:本研究对比分析了40名2型糖尿病患者及80名正常对照组的痴呆扩充量表评分,并就糖尿病组的认知功能与相关临床指标进行多元相关与回归分析。结果:糖尿病组的认知功能ESD评分明显低于正常对照组,同时糖化血红蛋白(GHB),年龄(AGE),C肽基础水平(CPB)与糖尿病组的认知功能障碍明显相关。结论:糖尿病认知功能障碍是一多因素、多环节的致病过程,目前其相关因素,乃至危险因素的明确对延缓病情发展有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the related factors of diabetic cognitive impairment. Method: This research contrasts the result of 40 diabetic patients and 80 normal control people tested with expand dementia scale (ESI)), at the same time analyze the interrelationship between cognitive scale of diabetic patients and relative clinical index. Result: The cognitive scale of diabetic patients is much lower than that of normal control people and has closed relationship with GHB, AGE, CPB. Conclusion: Diabetic cognitive impairment is a complex pathologic course involved multiple factors and key points. Presently, it is very important to clarify its relative factors, even risk factors, for delaying the progressively cognitive impairment.
