糖尿病患者糖基化终产物与C反应蛋白关系探讨 被引量：1

摘要 用TOSHIBA40FR全自动生化分析仪检测197例糖尿病患者和200例健康体检者血清糖化血红蛋白与CRP。结果 2型糖尿病组患者血清糖化血红蛋白和CRP均比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义,糖化血红蛋白和CRP均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时糖化血红蛋白浓度与CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.6125,P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者随蛋白的糖基化,影响了CRP的产生,从而诱发了体内的炎症反应,在糖尿病并发心血管疾病中具有重要的临床意义。
