在教育过程中 ,教师和学生的交往是最频繁的 ,如何形成良好师生关系 ,这也是教师特别关注的一个问题 ,当今时代的进步呼唤人的主体精神的弘扬 ,教师要处理好师生关系 。
There are frequent exchanqes between teachers and students in the course of education.How to keep on qood terms with students is an issue that teachers are particularly concerned about.Social progress calls for the development of imdividual character.Teachers must respect students'individual character if they want to be on good terms with students.
