改良的猪眼眶静脉窦采血法 被引量:3

An Improved Method to Collect Blood Through Venous Sinus of Eye-orbit in Pigs

摘要 采集猪的静脉血液 ,进行血液生物化学成分和血液细胞学分析越来越显得重要。采用改良的猪眼眶静脉窦采血法不仅能获得较多血液标本 ,而且具有更为安全 ,简便 ,血无污染 ,易操作等优点。实践证明改良的猪眼眶静脉窦采血法是目前较好的猪静脉采血技术之一 ,值得推广应用。 Collecting pigs'venous blood for biochemical and cellular analysis was getting more and more important. The improved method to collect blood through venous sinus of eye orbit in pigs is not only a way to get more blood than other method, but also it has many advantages, such as safe, simple, and no contamination. The experiments showed that it is one of the most useful technologies in venous blood collection of pigs nowadays, and it could be used widely.
