摘要
分析机械系统可靠性设计的特点 ,提出用中等相关表达各元件关系的精确计算机械系统可靠度的算式 ,推导出简化算法的相对误差公式可供检验运算结果的精度 ,并计算出机械系统在不同元件数量及不同最弱元件可靠度时的阈值数表 ,实例计算证明本文提出的方法运算简便、精度高。
Characteristics of mechanical system reliability are explained,accurate algebaric equations calculating the reliability are presented through using mid relevance expressing component relations,a simplified method calculating relative error is derived to check the calculation results for accuracy,a threshold value table of mechanical system with different quantity of components and different weakest component reliability is given.Through a calculation example,it proves that the method is simple and high accurate.
