摘要
针对液压系统的可靠度精确计算,给出了液压系统可靠度计算的两种方法:不考虑相关性和考虑相关性,并给出了相应的简化算法。以自动化钻机猫道机的液压系统为例,在3种不同的计算方式下计算出系统可靠度,并进行分析比较。研究表明用相关性来计算液压系统的可靠度所得的结果更加符合工程实际情况。
Two methods for the calculation of the reliability of a hydraulic system are proposed: one considers correlation and the other does not consider correlation, and the corresponding simplification algorithms are presented. The reliability of the catwalk hydraulic system of an automatic rig is calculated using three calculation models, and three results are compared and analyzed. It is shown that the reliability of the hydraulic system calculated using correlation model is more consistent with practical situation.
