摘要
远缘杂交是改良植物种质的有效手段之一,但植物自身有保持物种稳定性的遗传屏障,针对不同植物的杂交障碍应采取不同的克服不育的方法。
Wide_cross is one of useful methods in improving plant germplasm.Plant has its genetic barriers in order to keep species stability.Different methods should be taken according to different sterile mechanisms in plants.
