加拿大披碱草与老芒麦种间杂交及F_1代细胞学分析 被引量:22

摘要 加拿大披碱草与老芒麦同属于禾本科小麦族披碱草属,均为异源四倍体,两个种的杂交为地理上远缘的种间杂交。试验采用将母本穗人工去雄后与相邻种植的父本穗套袋的方法获得了加拿大披碱草与老芒麦正反交的种间杂交种子。对亲本及杂种F1代花粉母细胞的减数分裂行为进行的分析结果表明,F1代杂种仍是四倍体,加拿大披碱草和老芒麦所含的两个染色体组之间具有同源性,但也发生了某种程度的结构变异; Elymus canadensis and E. sibiricus belong to Elymus genus of Trib triticea. Both are Allotetraploid (2n=28) bunchgrass. Cross between two species is known as geographycal distant and same polyploid level hybridisation. Hand-emasculation was required in the cross inasmuch as both species are self-fertilizing. The matermal plant after emasculation was baged with paternal one when they were grown side by side in a nursery planting. Reciprocal hybrids were obtained. All cytological observation were made on PMCMI. The chromosome pairing in hybrids showed that the hybrids were also tetraploid, but they had frequent meiotic irregularities and contained two more or less homologous genomes. Structural rearrangements were observed in hybrids which were totally sterile.
