摘要
随着改革开放以来特别是近几年来国民经济的发展 ,我国经济结构逐步发生了较大变化。经济结构变化的直接影响之一就是就业结构的变化 ,这表现在就业的产业结构、所有制结构、地区结构、行业结构等方面都与以前有显著的区别 ;随之而来的失业结构也相应地发生了重大变化。我国加入 WTO以后 ,这些变化不仅仍将存在甚至更加迅速 ,而且还会出现新的变化趋势 ,这些变化使得现行的失业保险制度显得更加不完善。因此 。
With the development of national economy after the reform and open, especially in recent years, the economic structure of China has been changed gradually. One of the direct effects of these changes is the variation of employment structure, which is manifested in that the industrial structure, ownership structure, regional structure and professional structure of employment are markedly different from before; and accordingly, the unemployment structure has been changed greatly. After the entry to the WTO all these differences will remain or even be more apparent, what's more, many new trends will appear. The current unemployment insurance system seems very imperfect for all above. Therefore, we should make some innovations to alter the unemployment insurance system according to the changes of the employment structure.
