摘要
在现阶段严峻的就业压力下,我国失业保险制度亟待完善。保险基金筹措困难与利用效率低的问题始终阻挠着失业保险制度正常发展。要使失业保险制度合理运行,发挥积极作用,提高保障程度,推进再就业,合理扩大保险覆盖面,必须首先提高保险基金筹措水平和基金利用效率。
Under the severe pressure on employment situation at present, the unemployment insurance system of China demands to be improved urgently. Difficulty in raising insurance funds and low efficiency of funds utilization are hindering the unemployment insurance system from developing normally. In order to make the unemployment insurance system run rationally and play a positive role, we must raise the efficiency of collecting insurance funds and funds utilization.
