摘要
实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的基点选择是增大有效供给。通过对增大有效供给在实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标中的基础地位的理论依据、有效供给的概念界定、增大有效供给的途径选择等问题的探讨 ,提出全面建设小康社会的基点选择。
The basic point choice of building a well-off society in an all-round way is to enlarge the effective supply. This paper probes into the questions such as the theoretical proof of basic position in realizing the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way by enlarging the effective supply, the concept of effective supply and the ways choice to enlarge it, etc., finally, puts forward the basic choice of building a well-off society in all-round way.
