消除贫困是全人类和所有国家都不能回避的话题。就是作为当前世界上头号发达国家———美国也不例外。进入21世纪以来,在贫困人口划分标准、贫困人口数量规模及结构类型、致贫因素等诸多方面,美国的贫困问题又出现了许多新特点。
