摘要
本文通过对国内外高校体育教学现状进行分析研究，提出改革对策，并建主适应当前我国高校体育教学改革的新构想。从选课、教学模式以及教学评价体系等的设计，提出了一些具体操作方案，为我国高校体育教学全方位改革和发展，提供参考依据。
Alter analyzing the current situation of PE teaching home and abroad, this paper presents a new scheme which suits current PE reforms in our countiy, including some concrete measures concern- ing course selection, teaching modes and teaching evaluation system, aiming to offter helpful reference for the overall reform and development of oallege physical education in our country.
