摘要
发电机负载电流限制对保护飞机电源系统安全工作有重要意义 ,控制发电机励磁系统可以较灵活地实现这一功能。本文在发电机电压调节器励磁控制的基础上 ,提出增加一套负载电流限制电路的方案 ,并为某型飞机电压调节器设计出负载电流限制电路。理论分析和实验表明 :该电路克服了已有电路影响调压精度的缺点 ,能可靠地将发电机输出短路电流限制在 3倍额定值 ,获得理想的飞机电源系统输出外特性。
Restriction of the load current of AC generator plays an important role in protecting an aero power system. The restriction can be flexibly realized by controlling the generator excitation. The principle of a load current limiting circuit is studies and a new scheme is presented. A kind of additional circuitdesigned in the generator voltage regulator, can restrict the three phase load current of an AC generator. The operation of this circuit relies on the voltage regulated system with no affect on it. In this way, the realizable circuit avoids its existing disadvantage of influencing the precision of the voltage regulator. Then the circuit is applied to an aero voltage regulator, and the load short current is successfully restricted within three times at the rated value. Both the theoretical analysis and the experimental results prove that the circuit can achieve the required terminal characteristics of the aero power system.
