摘要
分析了双凸极无刷直流发电系统突加、卸负载时的工作机理及滤波电容的影响,在此基础上提出了负载电流反馈补偿控制方法,以提高系统的动态性能。实验结果表明,在系统突加和突卸负载两种情况下,加入负载电流反馈补偿控制后,不仅电压恢复时间明显缩短,而且电压波动幅值也大大减小,系统的动态特性得到了明显的提高。该方法可推广应用到不同类型的直流发电机的数字调压控制中。
A doubly salient brushless high voltage DC power system, which is composed of a 12/8 pole electro magnetic doubly salient (EMDS) generator and a diode bridge rectifier, is developed. The working principle of the voltage regulator system under sudden load changes is analyzed, and the effect of the filter capacitance of tri-phase rectifying bridge on dynamic characteristics for the EMDS brushless DC power system is discussed. In order to improve further the dynamic characteristic, the PI algorithm which adds load-current feedback corn pensating (LCFC) control is developed. The proposed LCFC method has been compared with the traditional PI. The experimental results not only verify the theoretical analysis, but also prove that the voltage variety is reduced during loading and unloading transient process. A good transient process is achieved. The developed control scheme can be generalized in other digital voltage regulation system of DC generator.
