摘要
目的 :建立茯参胶囊的质量标准。方法 :用TLC鉴别制剂中的人参、茯苓、紫河车、肉桂 ;采用HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rb1 的含量。结果 :TLC色谱中斑点清晰 ,易于识别。人参皂苷Rb1 在 0 0 6 33～1 0 10 0mg ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 9999,平均回收率为 99 4 6 % ,RSD =3 34% (n =6 )。结论 :该法简便 ,重现性良好 。
To establish a quality control standard of compound Fushen capsule. Methods: Radix ginseng, Cortex cinnamomi, Placenta hominis, Poria in compound Fushen capsule were determined by HPLC. Results:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable. The average recovery was 99 46%,and RSD was 3 34%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple and highly reproducible, and may be used for the quality control of compound Fushen capsules.
