摘要
多媒体作品是近年来伴随着多媒体技术的发展而产生的新的文献类型。作者从多媒体作品的文献特征和文献等级对多媒体作品进行了分析 ,并从多媒体文献的法律属性及目前多媒体作品在制作中引发的版权问题阐述了笔者的观点。
Multimedia documents are a new documentation type generated in recent years along with the development of multimedia technology. The paper has conducted analysis on the characters and documentation level of multimedia, puts forward the author's point-of-view on the copyright issue arisen from the legal attributes during the manufacture of multimedia materials.
