摘要
随着多媒体技术的进一步发展,多媒体作品在现实权益保护中向著作权法提出了挑战。多媒体作品由于它的组成要素文字、图形、声音等非常容易被复制,这种交流技术的便捷性和迅速性使得多媒体作品的创作人取得其构成要素的权利人的合法授权问题和法定许可中的报酬问题凸显出来,那么在网络环境下我们需要进行深入的思考和研究,探索出适合时代发展要求,符合多媒体作品本身要求的多重保护制度,对电子版权时代作出理论的回应。
