摘要
本文简要介绍了中国牛肉分级标准 ,并对中国牛肉分级制度的完善作了几点思考。
Chinese beef grading system was briefly introduced. The problems existed in Chinese beef grading system were pointed out and some proposals of perfecting this system were also put forward.
