摘要
大学英语课程是最重要的基础课程之一 .经济社会的发展及加入WTO可能出现的形势 ,使人们对大学英语教学的期望值不断提高 .从大学英语教学所处的宏观境况及微观境况加以论述 ,提出解决该问题的 4个切入点 ,目的在于与同行共同探讨 ,使我国大学英语教学上一个新的台阶 .
College English is one of the most important basic courses. With the development of society and economy and China's WTO entry, people are expecting more and more of College English teaching. A host of problems, new and old, have made the reform in English teaching urgent. This paper attempts to analyze the present situation of College English teaching in the macro and micro perspectives; what's more, four tentative ways out of difficulty are put forward, with a view to taking a step forward in College English teaching.
