摘要
不同的Cr Mo钢管之间的焊接接头在高温下长期服役 ,会发生碳从低Cr钢侧向高Cr钢侧迁移的所谓碳迁移现象 ,以致在焊接接头中形成脱碳区。脱碳区的存在影响了焊接接头的性能和寿命。对某加热炉中 9Cr1Mo和 1 2 5Cr0 5Mo钢焊接接头出现的碳迁移现象开展研究 ,并进行了加速试验 ,探讨了不同Cr Mo钢管之间的焊接接头因碳迁移而产生的脱碳层宽度与服役温度和时间的关系。
A welded joint between different Cr-Mo steels is used in equipment serviced in high temperature condition of the petrochemical plants.Carbon migration,the carbon migrates from low Cr side to high Cr side in the welded joint,is often occurred,so that decarburized zone is formed with effect the performance and service time of the welded joint.The carbon migration between 9Cr1Mo and 1.25Cr0.5Mo steels was studied and accelerating experiments was performed.The relation between decarburized zone width and temperature,time of service was approached for studying influence of carbon migration on structural performance.
