摘要
研究旨在解决常规SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)对一些小分子多肽进行电泳分析过程中极易扩散丢失,常无着色带显示等问题。实验采用不同类型胶来电泳分析低分子量多肽,比较Tricine SDS PAGE电泳分析小分子多肽时的聚丙烯酰胺浓度和交联度,为小分子多肽的分析与鉴定提供快速准确的条件。
The present study is aimed at separating and analysing the low molecular weight peptides, because they are easily diffused and no staining bands are observed in a normal SDSPAGE system . The electrophoresis of the standard sample of the low molecular weight peptide on different types of gel was carried out in a discontinuous TricineSDSPAGE system. By comparing the effect of acrylamide concentration and the degree of crosslinking on the resolution of proteins, the speedy and correct methods for the analysis of the low molecular weight peptides are assessed.
