摘要
报导了添加剂CTMAB对Ce(Ⅳ)-H_2QS体系荧光强度的增强作用,荧光的最大激发和辐射波长分别为269和355nm。并据此建立起一个测定Ce(Ⅳ)的荧光光度方法,其灵敏度约为原体系的五倍;测定范围为2.0~100μg/L。用于实际样品分析得到了良好的结果。讨论了其反应机理。
The fluorescence of Ce (Ⅳ)-H_2QS system is enhenced by adding CTMAB to the solution.The excitation maximum occurs at 269 nm and the emission maximum at 355nm。The fluorescence strength of system discribed above is five times higher than that of the system without adding CTMAB. The determination range of Ce(Ⅳ) is 2.0~100 ng/mL and 0.1~4.0 mg/mL in 1.6 mol/L H_2SO_4. Some metal ions do not interfere in the determination.The method was applied to sample analysis and satisfactory result was obtained。
