摘要
通过不同温度条件下不同厚度、不同缺口取向含V形缺口试样进行 3点弯曲试验研究 ,发现X70管线钢具有严重的各向异性现象 ,其在平行钢板表面方向和沿钢板厚度方向力学性能差异较大。试样缺口取向不同 ,试样破坏形式不同 ;分层裂纹以及由分层裂纹所产生的效应主要取决于试样材料中固有的片状缺陷或夹杂 ,有确定的方向性 ,同时与试验温度又有着密切的关系。试验温度低时 ,分层裂纹对材料力学性能影响小 ;随着试验温度增高 ,分层裂纹对材料的力学性能影响增大。
The effects of thickness and notch orientation on the toughness of X70 pipeline steel samples with V notch were investigated experimentally by use of the 3-point bending test at different temperature. The mechanical behavior of X70 pipeline steel varies with the change of orientation. The failure model is different as the notch orientation of sample changes. The reason of delaminating crack is the slice defects in samples. The delamination crack has certain direction, and the number of the delamination crack is relatd to the temperature. The effects of delamination crack on the mechanical behavior of X70 pipeline steel increase with the temperature.
