摘要
为使“西气东输”的投资方在工程建设中取得较好的经济效益 ,通过对钢管直径、压力、壁厚、钢级的优化 ,储气库、活动断层、内涂层、直缝埋弧焊管与螺旋焊管、闪光焊技术及外防腐涂层等问题的论述与分析 ,提出了相应的建议 ,指出“西气东输”是惠及我国西部和东部的一次伟大工程 ,在确保管线安全、平稳供气的同时 。
