摘要
通过研究炼油厂储油罐的腐蚀形态及腐蚀机理 ,指出采用WA92 9系列涂料可有效减缓油罐内电化学腐蚀、细菌腐蚀和磨蚀 ,其涂层的体电阻率在 10 6 ～ 10 7Ω·cm左右 ,低于 10 8Ω·cm的国家安全规范指标。经运行 3年跟踪检查 ,性能良好。
The study of the corrosion forms and corrosion mechanisms of the refinery oil storage tanks concluded that electro-chemical corrosion, bacteria corrosion and erosion of the internal wall of the tanks could be effectively mitigated by application of WA-929 series coatings. The electric resistance of the coating was about 10 6～10 7 Ω·cm which was lower than 10 7 Ω·cm specified in China national safety standard. 3 years' operation showed that the coating offered excellent performance. The application method was discussed in detail.
