摘要
对炼油厂冷换设备管束的腐蚀、结垢原因进行分析。针对性的采用TH系列涂料、Ni-P镀、渗铝技术对碳钢管束进行防腐 ;对管束进行高压水清洗、化学清洗 。
The reason of refinery cooling equipment corrosion and begriming was analyzed. To the reason the techniques of series of TH dope, NI-P plating and aluminum infiltrating were used to take anticorrosion to the carbon steel tube, The technique of high-pressure washing and chemical washing were used to the pipeline. And we made good effectiveness and economic benefit.
