摘要
针对实际生产中出现的数控长程序加工问题 ,提出了运用旧的PC机与数控机床之间进行串口通信 ,实时在线加工的较为经济的解决方法 ,并通过实验证明了它的可行性。
For processing of long NC programs in the practical production,this paper puts forward a more economical solving method that using the old PC computer,communication with NC devices through serial ports can achieve the purpose of the real_time and on_line operation.The approach has been proved to be feasible by our experiments.
