摘要
二硝基重氮酚(简称DDNP)是一种性能优良的起爆药,但生产过程中产生大量的工业废水,一般工艺处理困难。Fenton法(Fe2+和H2O2组成的氧化体系)是对难降解有机物处理过程的一种高级氧化工艺。研究了Fenton试剂处理DDNP废水的工艺条件。实验结果表明:投加[PAC]=3g·L-1,[FeSO4]=0.5~0.8g·L-1,[30%H2O2]=5ml·L-1,pH=3.5;石灰为1g·L-1;在常温下可以使废水的CODcr去除90%以上,色度小于100。处理后的废水至少可以回用于冲洗设备、工具、地面等,以节约水资源。
Diazodinitrophenol is a good primary explosive. But there is a plenty of industrial wastewater in the process of production. The Fenton reagent method (an oxygen system of Fe2+ and H2O2) is studied, which is an advanced oxidation process of degrading the nondegradable organism, in treating DDNP wastewater in this paper. The results show that the optimum treatment effect conditions are: the adding dose of PAC is 3 g·L-1, FeSO4 is 0.5~0.8 g·L-1, H2O2(30%) is 5 ml·L-1, and pH value is 3.5; the lime is 1 g·L-1. The removal rate of CODcr in water can reach over 90% and the chroma can reach less 100 under the normal atmospheric temperature. The treated wastewater may be used at least to wash equipments, facilities and grounds etc. for saving water resources.
