摘要 采用Fenton法处理DDNP废水,考察H2O2与FeSO4的体积比、试剂总投加量、pH、反应时间等因素对去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,pH为6,质量分数为30%的H2O2投加量为40mL/L左右、Fe2+投加质量浓度为4.56g/L,振荡1.5h,CODCr去除率可达94.78%,色度去除率可达94.38%。 Fenton reagent has been used for treating DDNP wastewater. The effects of the volume ratio of the H2O2 and FeSO4, the total reagents dosage, pH,reaction time and other factors on the removal rate are investigated. The results show that when the pH is 6, dosage of H2O2(30% ) is around 40 mL/L, dosage of Fe2+ is 4.56 g/L, and oscillation time is 1.5 h, then, the COD removal rate can be up to 94.78%, and chroma removal rate can be up to 94.38%.
