摘要
在跨流域调水工程中,调入区的调蓄工程由于其功能及入流的变化,调蓄工程原有的调度运用方式已难以满足跨流域调水的要求,因此需重新研究调水工程中调蓄工程的调度运用。通过分析某调水工程中主要调蓄工程在调水前后的功能及水文条件的变化,结合工程的具体特点,编制了适合调水工程的运用方式。
In the project of inter-basin water transfer, the regulating-and-storing worksin the area of receiving water will change due to the variation of the functions and water inflow, and the original regulation and operation ways cannot meet the requirement of the inter-basin water transfer project, so it is necessary to research the regulation and operation of the regulating-and-storing works for the project. Through analysis of the variation of functions and hydrologic conditions before and after the project, and incorporation of the features of the project, the operation mode suiting the water transfer project is proposed.
