摘要
目的:探讨包茎包皮过长与男性生殖健康的关系。方法:对120例包茎包皮过长患者及其中施行包皮环切术的68例进行泌尿生殖系炎症(包括STD)及性生活等内容的检查、检验、检测及问卷调查。结果:①包茎、包皮过长是泌尿生殖系统炎症的诱因;②对包皮垢、尿道分泌物检验后发现,白细胞及病原体检出率高;③31.7％(38/120)的人患有不同程度的性功能障碍。结论:包茎包皮过长影响男性生殖健康,有必要采取干预措施。
Objective:To explore relations between phimosis,redundant prepuce and male reproductive health. Methods:An examination, test, check and investigation concerning inflammation of genitourinary system (including STD) , sexual Life, etc. have been made to 120 patients suffering from phimosis and redundant prepuce including 68 undergoing circumcision. Results:
1. Phimosis and redundant prepuce are the predisposing
cause of inflammation of genitourinary system. 2. After testing the smegma and the urethral secreta,we find that the white blood cell and the pathogen have increased in number. 3. 31. 7% (38/120) of the patients have suffered from dysgone-sis of different extent. Conclusion: Phimosis and redundant prepuce have a bad effect on male reproductive health, so it is necessary for the patients to receive treatment.
