摘要
目的建立测定复方倍他米松注射液中二丙酸倍他米松和倍他米松磷酸钠含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,ODSC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(64:36)溶液为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果二丙酸倍他米松在2.67~16.05mg/ml范围内、倍他米松磷酸钠在1.05~6.30mg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回收率分别为100.2%和99.4%,RSD分别为1.7%和1.4%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定复方倍他米松注射液中2组分的含量。
Objective To establish the determination of two ingredients in compound betamethasone injection. Methods ODSC18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol: 0. 05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(64: 36). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Results The line range was 2. 67 to 16. 05 mg/ml for betamethasone dipropionate and 1.05 - 6. 30 mg/ml for betaniethasone sodium phosphate. The average recoveries were 100.2% and 99.4%, the RSD were 1.7% and 1.4%. Conclusion The mothod is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of two ingredients in compound betamethasone injection.
