摘要
目的：建立玉米须多糖含量测定方法，进行不同提取方法、不同产地、不同生长期的玉米须多糖含量的比较。方法：采用改良苯酚硫酸比色法于４９０ｎｍ波长处测定玉米须多糖的含量。结果：长春市郊区成熟期玉米须多糖含量较高。
OBJECTIVE:To establish methods for determining content of corn stigma polysaccharide and make comparison between different extraction method,different locations and different growing periods.METHOD:Modified phenol and sulfuric acid colorimetry was employed to determine the content of corn stigma polysaccharide at the wavelength of 490 nm.RESULT:The content of the corn sigma polysaccharide from corns grown around te city of Changchun is relatively high.CONCLUSION:This method can serve as the quality control method for preparations from corn sigma polysaccharide.
