摘要
中原油田已进入注水开发中后期 ,稳产难度越来越大 ,对水膨体油藏调驱剂的需求量也越来越多。采用溶液聚合法合成了耐温抗盐的水膨体 ,研究了合成温度、单体组成、引发剂及其浓度、交联剂及其浓度等因素对其性能的影响。通过对比分析可知 ,该水膨体的凝胶强度大于油田现用的水膨体 ,膨胀时间长 。
Water swelling polymer is a water shut off and oil displacement agent.With waterflood development entering into the late period in Zhongyuan Oilfield,its demand is increasingly growing,and the requirements on its performances are higher.A new water swelling polymer is synthesized in the laboratory condition,using acryl amide,acryl acid,ultra small CaCO 3 and cross linker as crude materials,by means of aqueous solution polymerization.It is compared with the conventional water swelling polymer on the swelling volume,swelling velocity and gelling strength.The results show that it has stronger gelling strength,longer swelling time and better heat resistant and salt tolerant.Such factors as the composition and concentration of the monomer,volume of initiator and cross linker,and temperature on the performances of the product are investigated.
