摘要
探讨采用超滤技术回收黑液中木质素过程的规律 ,给出了透过通量与超滤时间、超滤压力差、黑液溶质质量浓度的关系 ,考察了用表面活性剂改善膜表面抗污染的效果、黑液溶质质量浓度和操作压力差对木质素截留率的影响 ,并讨论了超滤过程的内在机理。
The study on the recovery of lignin from black liquor by ultrafiltration was introduced. The relations of time, pressure and concentration with permeating flux, the relation of rejection with concentration and pressure, the anti-fouling effect of ultrafiltration with surfactant-modified membrane surface were given. In addition, the mechanisms of ultrafiltration process in black liquor were explained. The experimental results show that it is effective for recovering lignin from black liquor by ultrafiltration.
