摘要
综述了当前国内外在Ti-Al-O -N体系的相关系及钛阿隆 (TiAlON)材料的显微结构、物理性能等方面的研究现状 。
The current status of the research on TiAlON materials is reviewed including phase relations,structures and physical properties.The prospects of TiAlON ceramic are also discussed.
