摘要
以芭蕉芋为原料 ,采用我们最新设计的半固态浆状发酵 (Semi-SolidStatePulpFermentation ,SSPF)新工艺 ,对原料预处理、加水比、调浆、糖化、酒母培养等工艺条件进行优化研究。实验表明 :芭蕉芋原料在加水比1∶3 0的条件下进行拌料 (水温 6 0℃ ) ,调浆 2 0min ,糖化 ,调节浆料pH值 4 0 ,添加酒母于 2 8~ 30℃浆状发酵72h ,酒精浓度达 8 7% (v/v) ,淀粉利用率为 74 13%。
A novel technology about semi-solid state pulp fermentation for ethanol using Canna edulis strch as substrate was studied in this paper,including the optimizing process of blending slurry,hydrolysis,yeast culture,etc.The results showed: Canna edulis starch need not be pre-treated by acid or alkali,material-water ratio was 1∶3 0,blending slurry condition were 60℃ of water temperature,20min and then cooling natural,hydrolyzing in different stage,adjusting pH of the slurry to 4 0 and inoculating yeast to ferment for 72h at 28-30℃,the density of ethanol could be 8 7%(v/v),the utilizing ratio of starch was 74 13%
