摘要
油脂中磷脂含量的测定方法有钼蓝比色法、重量法、紫外分光光度法等 ,磷脂不同组分的定性、定量分析方法有TLC、HPLC和31PNMR ,利用RP -HPLC和MS联合可以对同一磷脂组分不同分子种类进行定性、定量分析 ,分别对上述三方面内容进行综述 。
Determination methods of phospholipids content in oi ls and fats include:molybdenum blue,weight and UV methods etc..TLC,HPLC and 3 1 PNMR methods are used to the qualitative and quantitative analyses o f diff erent phospholipids,and RP HPLC MS is suitable for the different phospholipid molecular specices.These analysis methods are reviewed in the paper respectively ,an d their advantages and disadvantages are simply discussed.
