摘要
比较了基于ANSYS平台的焊接温度场模拟过程中不同热源模式对计算结果的影响。采用不同的热源加载形式、电弧有效半径、焊接速度以及对流系数的模拟结果表明:对于复杂的焊接结构,应考虑2种或多种加载形式取代单一热源;与焊接速度、对流系数比较,电弧有效半径对模拟结果影响大为显著,在平板堆焊实验中,r为5mm时模拟结果与实际情况最为相符。
In simulation of the temperature field of welding processes.It compares the affection of different modes of the heat sources to the results.The heat sources loading form,effective radius of the electric arc,welding speed and the convection coefficient has been performed,which shows that two or more heat sources loading forms replace the single heat source in kinds of complicated welding structures,furthermore,effective radius of the electric arc is far more important than the welding speed and the convection coefficient in ANSYS.As r=5mm,the computed values are in concord with the measured values in experiment of bead-on-plate welding.
