摘要
以中厚板表面堆焊为例,利用ANSYS软件对焊接过程三维瞬态温度场、应力应变场进行了有限元模拟。分析时采取了有效措施保证求解的准确性和收敛性,计算结果与实测结果比较吻合,并编制了参数化的模拟分析程序。
Middle-thickness plate surfing transient temperature and stress strain fields were simulated with ANSYS code.In analysis some effective measures were taken to ensure solution convergence and accurate result, the calculated result is accordance with the test result,and the parametric simulation program was designed.
