摘要
以野生悬铃叶苎麻为试验材料,对其组织培养技术进行了初步研究,结果表明:接种培养催蔸芽和茎尖,其成活率分别为34%和18%;茎尖在培养基MS+BA1.0~2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L上的分化率最高(21%);分化的愈伤组织在培养基MS+BA2.0mg/L+GA30.5mg/L+LH500mg/L上的再次分化率达80%~100%;在生根培养基1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L和MS+IBA2.0mg/L+BA0.1mg/L上再生苗的生根率均在90%左右。
The tissue culture of wild ramie was preliminarily studied by using Boehmeria tricuspis as experimental material.The results indicated that the survival rate of inoculated bud from stub and stem top was 34% and 18% respectively,the differentiation rate of stem top on medium MS+BA 1.0~2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L was the highest(21%),the redifferentiation rate of callus on MS+BA 2.0mg/L+GA\-3 0.5mg/L+LH 500mg/L was from 80% to 100%,the taking root rate of regenerated seedlings on 1/2MS+NAA 0.2mg/L+IAA 0.2mg/L and MS+IBA 2mg/L+BA 0.1mg/L was 90% or so.
